We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. We primarily use two shipping services; USPS and FedEx. Depending on the order value, our system will choose the appropriate shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated automatically on our systems and updated frequently in accordance with the discounted rates which we receive from the shipping companies, which are subsequently passed onto you.
Due to the increase in severity of the global epidemic, there has been a drastic reduction of flights. This has impacted on the postal services and thus resulting in a severe delay in shipping. We want to inform our customers that additional fees and taxes may be added to orders checked by the Swedish Customs Legislation. Customers affected by these changes may be eligible for import duties, taxes and administration fee. If this pertains to you, these additional charges will be paid upon delivery. With our team working around the clock, we try to process your orders in good time as we understand how important it is to deliver your goods within the promised time. Most of your orders are processed within 2 working days after your order has been placed, and will take a further 8 - 12 business days or less for shipments.
When your goods have been dispatched, our system will automatically send you an email to inform you of the tracking number (if applicable).
Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.

Please be patient. All items shipped come occupied with a return label, if there are any problems with your order feel free to use that and ship it back to us at no charge to yourself. We will be more than happy to hear your story and make the necessary improvements!
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn. If you experience the above problems, please contact us, and send us relative pictures for checking, once confirmed, we will provide discounts off your next order or partial refund or provide reshipping service after our after-sale customer service agreed.
Shipping delays:
We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control of the international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us bunnyservice@thebunnypop.com. Before our customers receive their order, we have the right to dismiss the claim or return request that submitted by the customer who has not contacted with us firstly.
For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages and directly arrange refund to our customer. Customers can reply us via e-mail to know re-shipment or ask for the refund.
